Clients may request project cancellation by contacting us directly. Any eligible partial refund will be calculated based on the amount of work completed.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of ongoing services and future support.
